Registration Guidelines
Who is a shareholder
A shareholder is someone who has shares or invests in any of our mutual funds – ArkFund, BFund, EdIFund, Epack, or MFund.
What is required
Please note that you will need your Databank account number to complete the registration.
How to register
You can register for as many funds as you hold shares in i.e. if you have different mutual fund accounts, you are eligible to join those meetings.
Registration deadline
Registration ends 24 hours before the meeting. Shareholders who cannot attend the meetings will still have access to the meeting recording when it is over.
Meeting link
After registration, you will receive the Zoom link via email to join the meeting on the day. Registration is free and open to all shareholders
