Databank Online Service Guidelines
- Enter your email address and password.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset it.
- Click Sign Up.
- Complete the registration form with your details.
- An email containing a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to you.
- Use the OTP to complete your registration and log in.
- If you're new to Databank, click Start Your Journey to open an account.
- Once your account number has been verified, you can log in using the email address and password you provided during the account opening process.
After logging in, you can:
- Top up your investment account.
- View your account balances.
- Buy and sell shares.
- Access a convenient online platform for your transactions.
