Job Purpose & Summary:

To support portfolio management by focusing on all administrative and basic aspects of fund management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and promptly update the asset management system with new schemes, securities and transactions for all portfolios.
  • Coordinate with issuers and brokers to ensure effective execution of trades.
  • Reconcile portfolio transactions and holdings to ensure that all transactions have been captured and reflected in holdings.
  • Facilitate the compilation and prompt submission of all regulatory reports.
  • Administer all collective investment schemes in a timely manner.
  • Manage client documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Gather market intelligence to facilitate Fund Managers’ strategy formulation.
  • Support investment analysts and Fund Managers in analysing issuers.
