Job Purpose & Summary:
To support portfolio management by focusing on all administrative and basic aspects of fund management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly update the asset management system with new schemes, securities and transactions for all portfolios.
- Coordinate with issuers and brokers to ensure effective execution of trades.
- Reconcile portfolio transactions and holdings to ensure that all transactions have been captured and reflected in holdings.
- Facilitate the compilation and prompt submission of all regulatory reports.
- Administer all collective investment schemes in a timely manner.
- Manage client documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Gather market intelligence to facilitate Fund Managers’ strategy formulation.
- Support investment analysts and Fund Managers in analysing issuers.
