Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Development
- Identify potential clients through networking and market research
- Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
- Develop customized investment strategies aligned with client needs and present compelling proposals
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account opening process
Relationship Management
- Regularly engage with clients to provide ongoing portfolio updates, market insights and financial advice
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Foster strong rapport and build trust with clients to maintain long-term relationship
Cross-selling and Business Development
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell the Firm’s diverse range of products and services
- Actively seek new business leads by leveraging existing client relationships and referral networks
- Participate in marketing initiatives and client events and outreach programs to promote the Firm’s brand and offerings
Compliance and Risk Management
- Strictly adhere to all regulatory requirements related to client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures
- Monitor client activity for potential risk issues and report any concerns to relevant compliance teams • Report any compliance concerns or irregularities to the relevant compliance and risk management teams.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all business practices align with the latest legal and compliance standards.
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related discipline
- GSE/GISI certification
Skills/Competencies
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to build rapport with clients, effectively present investment proposals and close deals
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and attentive to detail
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office
