Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Development

  • Identify potential clients through networking and market research
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
  • Develop customized investment strategies aligned with client needs and present compelling proposals
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account opening process


Relationship Management

  • Regularly engage with clients to provide ongoing portfolio updates, market insights and financial advice
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Foster strong rapport and build trust with clients to maintain long-term relationship


Cross-selling and Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell the Firm’s diverse range of products and services
  • Actively seek new business leads by leveraging existing client relationships and referral networks
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and client events and outreach programs to promote the Firm’s brand and offerings


Compliance and Risk Management

  • Strictly adhere to all regulatory requirements related to client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures
  • Monitor client activity for potential risk issues and report any concerns to relevant compliance teams • Report any compliance concerns or irregularities to the relevant compliance and risk management teams.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all business practices align with the latest legal and compliance standards.


Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related discipline
  • GSE/GISI certification


Skills/Competencies

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, effectively present investment proposals and close deals
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and attentive to detail
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office
