Job Purpose & Summary:
The job purpose is to support portfolio management by focusing on all administrative and basic aspects of fund
management

 Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with issuers and brokers to ensure effective execution of trades.
• Accurately and promptly update the asset management system with new schemes, securities and
transactions for all portfolios.
• Reconcile portfolio transactions and holdings to ensure that all transactions have been captured and
reflected in holdings.
• Facilitate the compilation and prompt submission of all regulatory reports.
• Administer all collective investment schemes in a timely manner
• Manage client documents for easy retrieval and reference
• Gather market intelligence to facilitate Fund Managers’ strategy formulation.
• Support investment analysts and fund managers in analyzing issuers.
