Job Purpose & Summary:
The candidate shall be responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental analysis, developing financial models, performing stock valuations, assessing industry trends to generate actionable investment ideas, preparing comprehensive research reports and providing insights to support investment decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive bottom-up and top-down fundamental analysis to assess companies’ financial health and performance.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors influencing equity investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast company performance and perform stock valuations.
- Prepare detailed research reports featuring investment insights, forecasts, and stock recommendations.
- Communicate research findings through conference calls, presentations, and client meetings.
- Ensure all research outputs are accurate, timely, and accessible to clients and other stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding market conditions, company performance, and updates on stock ratings.
- Engage with senior management of listed companies and regulators to remain informed on industry developments.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other teams or assignments as may be needed.
