Job Purpose & Summary:

Manage portfolios to sustainably provide risk-adjusted returns above benchmarks

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Business Development Officers to design investment Policy Statements (IPS) based on clients’ individual risk profiles and special needs
  • Create a portfolio with the appropriate asset allocation that reflects the individual’s risk preferences
  • Manage portfolios according to the IPSs and Scheme Particulars to outperform benchmarks in a sustainable manner
  • Develop and adopt portfolio management strategies which provide positive alpha to investor
  • Structure, monitor and rebalance client portfolios • Report to individual clients, Board of Directors and/or Trustees
  • Conduct portfolio attribution analysis periodically • Secure and deepen partnerships with individual Clients and trustee companies
  • Supervise investment analysts if applicable • Provide pro-active communication to clients
  • Assist to develop new investment products to meet market trends
  • Carry out any other related assignments given by Management from time to time
